OlyCAP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families in Clallam and Jefferson counties achieve economic stability and improved quality of life. We provide a wide range of services, from housing assistance to energy support, food access, and community development programs.
We serve residents of Clallam and Jefferson Counties in Washington State who are experiencing poverty or economic hardship. Our services are designed to support individuals, families, seniors, and those with disabilities.
OlyCAP offers a variety of services, including: Housing assistance, Energy assistance (LIHEAP), Weatherization programs, Food access programs, Case management, Early childhood education support
