Shelter Services

Get connected to emergency and transitional shelter services designed to provide safe, stable housing while working toward permanent solutions.

Winter emergency shelter provided through:

  • St Luke's Episcopal Church
  • Sequim Food Bank

Join our annual Point in Time Count in January:

  • 20 tiny shelter units
  • 20 RV safe parking spaces
  • Transitional housing with case management
  • Support for achieving permanent housing goals

Residential Properties

OlyCAP manages permanent, transitional, and supportive housing properties designed to serve diverse community needs while fostering stability and independence.

We operate four properties offering:

  • Permanent housing
  • Transitional housing
  • Emergency shelter
  • Supportive housing
Fifth property operated by OWL360 for young adult transitional housing.

We serve:

Point in Time Count

Annual January count of people experiencing sheltered and unsheltered homelessness.

  • HUD reporting
  • Policy decisions
  • Advocacy efforts
  • Funding allocation

  • You can host an event where you provide hot food, warm coats, and a friendly face while you assist people in completing a count form.
  • You can donate items like socks, gloves, sleeping bags, or soft granola bars for those outreach workers going into the woods and far reaches of the county to locate people sheltering outside.
  • You can volunteer to be a counter in the field.
  • You can support by sharing about the PIT Count on social media.
