Coordinated Entry

Our Coordinated Entry program provides a clear path to housing assistance for individuals experiencing homelessness. Through a one-on-one interview with a case manager, we learn about your unique situation and work to find solutions that align with your goals. This may include access to short-term or long-term financial assistance paid directly to landlords, case management support, and connections to permanent housing through OlyCAP or our community partners.

Rapid Rehousing

For qualified households experiencing homelessness, our Rapid Rehousing program offers support with moving costs, including security deposits and first month's rent. This program focuses on helping you transition directly from homelessness into permanent housing, providing the financial bridge needed to establish a stable home.

Landlord Liason

We recognize landlords as essential partners in addressing housing needs in our community. Our dedicated Landlord Liaison provides support to property owners who work with rental assistance programs. This includes helping resolve concerns, offering guidance, and explaining the benefits available to landlords who provide housing to individuals with rental subsidies. Landlords may also initiate eviction prevention services on behalf of tenants facing financial difficulties.

Youth Resources

We understand that stable housing creates a foundation for success among young community members ages 18 to 24. Our Youth Services program provides targeted support to help young adults navigate housing challenges and build independence. Through our comprehensive approach, we connect young adults with housing assistance programs, financial support services, and resources for independent living.

We proudly partner with OWL360, a local nonprofit organization in Port Townsend, to expand opportunities for young adults in our community. Through this collaboration, individuals can access additional resources including a community café, affordable housing opportunities, workforce development programs, and specialized youth services.
